This is a learning journey for the group that allows for optional and customised activities for individual preferences.

Our Facilities

The facilities make the most of the natural setting in the beautiful ancient 100 acre woodland, for individual privacy and basic needs.

A range of accommodation options are available from tents to cabins, including:
  • Showers
  • Eco composting toilets
  • Firepits and chill out areas
  • Outdoor kitchen
  • All meals drinks and bedding are included

The chill out hubs will be used for smaller group work during the retreat and full access to land and woodland is accessible for individual exploration.

A ‘what to bring’ list and detailed itinerary will be provided after booking.

Getting back to nature: how forest bathing can make us feel better; the Japanese have known for years that spending mindful time in the woods is beneficial for body and soul, now western doctors agree.

Mindfulness is a practice which has emerged over recent years for individuals, but is not often used in an organizational team setting.

This 24 hour retreat takes participants through a number of exercises which will help boost personal resilience and covers a range of relaxation techniques. It will involve light walking through woodland, bird and wildlife spotting, individual reflection as well as shared moments and discussion. At the end of the session you’ll go home feeling refreshed and with re-newed energy.
